I won an easter egg dyeing competition today (with the egg that wasn’t dyed, but drawn on by pencil)

Made some Totoro and Rilakkuma bread last night with Tomoya. 昨日の夜、トモヤざんとトトロとリラックマパンを作ってみました。

Happy New Year, everyone! I would like to thank you all for still keeping up with me despite my inactivity! Thank you for being my friend! I’ve known a lot of you through various places, some as far back as Livejournal or Youtube and some as recent as Tumblr itself. You are all important to me, whether you realize it or not.I graduate university in spring 2012 (so soon ahh!) , so my academic life is increasingly hectic. My two part-time jobs have also kept me busy this year; working at a library and as an English conversation partner. Admittedly, I lost motivation to write/document things/draw/make videos since I came back from my sojourn in Japan (almost a year ago?). I now understand what it means when people say that they “left a part of them somewhere”. I really do. However, that is not to say that things are miserable here! On the contrary, life has been full and fun as I’ve had many adventures around this island in search of new scenery and made memories with new friends and old.
Now I am writing a few thank you letters to pass out at the party tonight. I hope you will share a lot of things with me in 2012, and I hope I can share something too. I will pursue things more passionately (this is not a new year resolution because I always tell myself this) and I hope you will too. Thanks!
